At the heart of the network is a mandatory server called an m2m proxy server (firewall and router) linking the different elements of the network by managing connections, data transfer and network monitoring tools.
An M2M virtual addressing mechanism via the M2M proxy server makes it possible to contact an application at any time wherever it is in the network and whatever the physical link used.
The M2M access points are elements of the network which accept the connection of local applications and manage access to the M2M proxy server.
WIRMA applications are also points of access with a business-specific embedded application.
WANESY is forward-compatible and allows for simple and transparent addition of fresh network components.
Access to the WANESY network is included in the different development kits on offer from KERLINK, enabling clients to implement and test applications and giving them the opportunity to explore the benefits of a global M2M offer.
