Kerlink partners with key distributors to expand its global business

Aug. 10, 2018

The company recently announced several key distributions agreements in Eurasia, Europe and South America:

  • SPHINX: This French company helps integrators, resellers and installers validate and deploy IoT and industrial-connectivity projects, and will include Kerlink’s LoRaTM technology and products in its suite of network solutions. With this distribution agreement, the two companies will focus on smart energy, smart city and smart industry vertical markets in France, Spain and Italy.

  • TCT Brasil: With more than 25 years of experience in the Brazilian electronics distribution and technology-application market, TCT Brasil is the country’s leading authorized distributor of electronic components, heat sinks and electronic solutions. This agreement with TCT Brasil builds on Kerlink’s earlier collaboration on a 2017 project, in which it provided 28 Kerlink WirnetTM outdoor stations for Brazil’s first implementation of LoRaTM technology, to manage electric energy meters in the city of Maceió. This partnership also positions Kerlink to play a big role in designing, equipping and deploying LoRaWAN networks in Brazil’s large and promising market.

  • NetOP Technology: This partnership allows Kerlink to expand its presence in Turkey in collaboration with a nationwide IoT network-solutions distributor. NetOP Technology designs and manufactures more than 60 types of low-power, wide-area network (LPWAN) sensors, and provides end-to-end IoT solutions for vertical markets with its hardware and software. Its sensors support an extensive range of applications in industrial control, logistics, smart buildings, smart cities, smart agriculture, smart health care and other widely used IoT applications.

  • AdriNet: Kerlink and Croatia-based AdriNet have joined forces to speed adoption of LoRaTM low-power, wide-area networks across the Adriatic region with Kerlink’s products and services. The scope of the agreement covers smart city, smart energy, smart agriculture and smart industry applications in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia. AdriNet specializes in distributing advanced communications solutions in the region, including design, installation and management of complete, reliable and secure network solutions.

“These agreements with leading distributors around the world support Kerlink’s commitment to grow its value-added-distributors network and accelerate market penetration of LoRaWANTM technology for public and private networks in rapidly growing IoT markets.”

Ermeline Lebon, head of Kerlink channel sales
