Catherine Failliet, Seasoned Industry Leader in Water and Energy Industries, Joins Kerlink’s Board of Directors

Oct. 3, 2019

Failliet has more than 25 years of senior executive experience in business development and project management in water and energy systems and smart-city programs. A strong supporter of diversity in the workforce, Failliet is deputy general manager for business development at Groupe CLAIRE, a manufacturer and provider of equipment for potable-water networks. Previously, she served for more than four years as general manager of LACROIX Sofrel, a leading provider of measurement and control solutions for water-supply networks. Prior to that, she served as vice president of business integration and development at EDF Group’s Continental Europe Division.

The CLAIRE Group is an industrial company specializing in the design, manufacture, and sale of equipment for water and gas distribution networks, including domestic connections and back-up systems. The group is developing a new division dedicated to intelligent solutions for remote measurement and control, thus reducing the environmental impact of water networks. In this context, Failliet supervises the development of the offers and the commercial structuring, as well as the international development of the company.

During her term as managing director at LACROIX Sofrel, a supplier of complete water-and-heating network control systems, the company recorded more than 20 percent growth in sales and earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT). Failliet has also initiated the setting up of a lab to integrate IoT technologies into the offer of LACROIX Sofrel and the group.
