Note that the Wiki access is private and requires login/password. If you don’t have yet your login/password, for your WIKI access or OTRS (Open Ticket Resource System), please ask for them to support@kerlink.com (the Product Id or any serial number of your Kerlink product will be required).

For indirect Kerlink customers (meaning if purchased from a distributor), please contact them directly to access document information and support. If really needed, Kerlink can provide documents through mail request.
