Priority and unlimited Support

Kerlink defines the levels of support in 3 parts. Every customer is offered an unlimited and free access to support Level 1.

With the Maintain Program, customers get an enhanced and unlimited access to support Levels 2 & 3.

Support is unlimited, ensuring efficiency and traceability through the ticketing tool, regardless of the number of requests you may have.

(SLAs : Less than 8 business hours response commitment from Kerlink)

 

  • Level 1 is the initial support level responsible for basic operational issues. The aim is to quickly resolve common problems.
  • Level 2 is ensured by a team of trained engineers dedicated to support. They manage deep troubleshooting analysis.
  • Level 3 support is provided by R&D engineers who were significantly involved in the design of the product.
